NAHI STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
Highland Home Inspections is required by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, (KBHI) to subscribe to an approved Standard of Practice. Highland Home Inspections subscribes to the Standard set forth by the National Association of Home Inspectors, (NAHI). You can click the link below to view the Standards of Practice.
GENERAL INSPECTION CONTRACT
Before we can perform an inspection we are required to have a signed contract between the client and the company. The contract spells out the responsibility of the inspection company and client rights. You should read the contact thourghly before signing.
